The Problem
After a recent HSE visit the care home contacted our office as they required a Legionella Risk Assessment urgently before a follow-on visit from the HSE.
The Solution
A full Legionella Risk Assessment was required to enable them to be compliant with the requirements of the ACoP L8 HSG 274 and BS8558:2010
The Outcome
An assessment was carried out within the timeframe agreed by the customer. On completion of the assessment a “hand over” meeting was arranged to explain the findings and further visits were arranged to instruct staff on their roles and responsibilities.
